Young Scot Cards

Find out how to apply for your first Young Scot card or order a replacement.

New Cards

Anyone aged 11 to 26, living or attending full time education within the Glasgow City Council boundary, can obtain the card free of charge! If you’re aged 11 and attend secondary school you can also apply, with your parent’s/guardian’s consent.

To apply for the Glasgow Young Scot Card, you can download and print out the GYSC application form. You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to access this form. This software can be freely downloaded from the Adobe website.

You can also ask for a pre-printed application form from your local library, leisure centre or school office.

Complete and sign the form on page 5 (if you’re not yet 12, you’ll need your parent’s/guardian’s signature).
